At SeaDragon, you are a 5-minute walk from a quiet swimming cove called Old Wharf. This contemporary Asian inspired retreat comes with three en suite bedrooms, an open great room with adjoining powder room, and lots of outdoor deck space with dramatic views of the Santa Cruz mountains and the rolling Pedro Plains.
The Zen-like experience begins when you enter through the Chinese-inspired gates into our half-acre garden, which includes year-round outdoor dining under the shade of the indigenous lignum vitae tree. Soft breezes from the nearby Great Pond follow you inside through the wide custom-carved moon door and over-sized shuttered screened windows.
There are two stories of fully-furnished balcony space, including an outdoor shower, a tile Seadragon mosaic, and a private balcony for the 2nd floor master bedroom. The rooftop catches the sight and sound of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding mountains, creating a yoga lover’s dream at dawn and a star-gazers delight at night with its uninterrupted views of starry skies.
SeaDragon comes with a manager who will arrange all transfers, excursions and activities, and a full time housekeeper / cook who will create locally inspired dishes with ingredients sourced from nearby farms. To ensure maximum comfort and flexibility for our guests, two of the bedrooms can be set up with a king bed or two twin beds, the main floor, powder room, and decks are set up for entertaining, water is solar heated, and all bedrooms have A/C.
