A colourful, bohemian, paired back yet hugely comfortable style, Pelican sits on a point above the sea on the edge of, and with private access to, the sleepy fishing beach of Billy’s bay. A five minute drive or a half an hour walk to Jakes, is a beautiful and tranquil position for a house.

The house sleeps six, in two double and one twin rooms (the twin can be transformed into a double) all of which have en suite bathrooms, two of which have the showers outside.

It has a large swimming pool and gazebo with a dining table, set in a large garden, a beautiful kitchen and lots of places to eat and sit. It’s the perfect house for a wedding or a party.

Jennifer, the housekeeper cooks beautifully and will cater as many meals as you need.

So if you are out all day, this is the perfect place to come home to. Or if you’re not planning on budging, you couldn’t have chosen a better spot to while away the day, hanging out by the pool or dangling from the sea grape in a hammock above the ocean.
